Antony Griffith Harris is a seasoned London restaurateur with 30 years of industry experience. After launching Canal Brasserie on Kensal Road in 1987 and spending two decades at First Floor Restaurant in Notting Hill, Harris reunited with Head Chef Nicholas Anderson - his former collaborator from three decades earlier - to bring fine dining to the Cotswolds.

Anderson, a double Michelin-starred chef, joined forces with Harris to kickstart their new venture, a picturesque Cotswolds establishment. The Boxing Hare's menu revolves around seasonal, locally-sourced produce from British farmers, creating dishes with both indulgence and integrity in a welcoming, relaxed environment nestled in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside.
